Manage your subscription, payment methods, and invoices.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods via Stripe:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Bank transfers (select regions)
Managing Your Subscription
Access billing settings:
- Click your profile icon
- Select "Billing"
- View or modify your subscription
From here you can:
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Update payment method
- View invoices and receipts
- Cancel your subscription
Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed monthly
- Billing occurs on the same day each month
- Pro-rated charges apply when upgrading
- Credits for downgrades applied to next billing
Invoices
Invoices are sent automatically to your email after each payment. You can also download them from your billing settings.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime:
- Cancellation takes effect immediately
- Access to paid features is removed right away
- No refunds for partial months
- You can resubscribe at any time
- Chat history is preserved on the Free plan
Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. Refunds may be available only in limited circumstances:
- Confirmed billing errors, including duplicate charges
- Verified fraudulent or unauthorized purchases
- Material service failures covered under our Terms of Service
